Hi Brad,

Thanks for your email.

We have been upgrading our network, firewall and also changing our power
supply utilities within ESAC over the past two weeks. Some of the
operations systems were also affected by these changes. The operational
system that delivers the data to the web-server (which forwards it to
you guys) was restarted at some point and some components failed to
re-start correctly.

I have chased up the guys responsible for this and they have manually
restarted the required processes.

The data should be available again, and should continue to be available
as before.

Once again, thanks for contacting us regarding this issue, and should
you spot any further anomalies, please don't hesitate to contact me.

best regards,
Rod
