Hi,

I have downloaded these data, but they seem to be missing the PN events
lists. Have I not understood how to get at that information, or are the
PN events files something that takes longer to get through the PPS
process?

Tom

Dear Tom,

please, inform us about which Observation ID you are inquiring.

We remind that all PI related communication should be addressed
to the dedicated xmmpi e-mail account with the Proposal ID
mentioned in the subject of the mail.

If you provide us with this detail, we will investigate if there
was anything special with pn and come back to you asap.

Regards,
  Matthias
