Hi,

I am some questions about the observation 0500070501. The PN data are OK, but 
the MOS1 has an UNKNOWN filter, and MOS2 observations are UNSCHEDULED. Could 
you, please, tell me why MOS1 and MOS2 observations were not made correctly?

Also, I notice that there are another two observations under my proposal, 
0500070801 and 0500070901, in which the filters are CALCLOSED. Are these for XMM

calibration only and nothing to do with my science data?

Please find herewith details on observations listed in your HelpDesk question:

0500070501: 
The fact that the MOS2 exposure is flagged as unscheduled only means that
it was not started automatically from our timeline, but 'manually' by
our operator - nothing wrong with it! In this specific observation the
MOS2 exposure 002 was performed as a Calibration exposure with filter
in Calclosed position. The scientific scheduled exposure was performed 
with exposure ID 003 with medium filter.
The MOS1 exposure 003 also lists the mediumn filter in the calibrated event
list and does not show any anomalies (SAS can often fix missing info
in an ODF file making use of housekeeping data)

0500070801:
Yes, you are right: there are only EPIC exposures with filter in Calclosed
position used for calibration, no science data. 

0500070901:
This I do not find in our sytem.
