Dear SOC staff I have seen that the odf and pps files for my observation of SGR1806-20 (obs. id. 0502170301) have been produced, but I have not received any notification yet and I cannot access them. You have two accounts in the XSA. The PI account (tha account, whence you can download proprietary data) is "smereghe", with associated e-mail address: sandro@mi.iasf.cnr.it. Ciao Matteo I got the data last week. They became available after I wrote to the helpdesk. Please change my mail address associated to the smereghe user because it has been changed. However, please be aware that it is ultimate responsibility of the XSA account owner to make sure that her/his details are correct: we have no way at the SOC to know if/when the details of your affiliation change! You can check and modify them through the "Wiew/Edit Current User's Details" button in the "Login/Register" panel of the XSA user interface. Bye, Matteo
