Subject: data of 0502170301
Dear SOC staff

I have seen that the odf and pps files for my observation of SGR1806-20
(obs. id. 0502170301) have been produced, but I have not received any
notification yet and I cannot access them.

Is there any problem ?
thank you
sandro

You have two accounts in the XSA. The PI account (tha account, whence you can
download proprietary data) is "smereghe", with associated e-mail address:
sandro@mi.iasf.cnr.it.

Are you sure this is the XSA account you are using?

 Regards, Matteo

Ciao Matteo

I got the data last week. They became available after I wrote to the
helpdesk.

Please change my mail address associated to the smereghe user because it
has been changed. This is probably the reason why I didn't get the
notification - see below

thanks
sandro

I have done it. However, please be aware that it is ultimate responsibility of
the XSA account owner to make sure that her/his details are correct: we have no
way at the SOC to know if/when the details of your affiliation change! You can
check and modify them through the "Wiew/Edit Current User's Details" button in
the "Login/Register" panel of the XSA user interface.

 Bye, Matteo
