Hello,
I would like to have some infos on the status of the
observation # 0205920401 , target PKS 2005-489, orbit 883,
performed on the 4 Oct 2004,
as part of the proposal # 20592 (I'm the PI).

It is still in phase of processing, according to the archive,
while all the others in the same orbit have been delivered.

Since this target is also part of another proposal
by me, approved for AO4,
I'd like to avoid maybe some choices in the enhancement
phase/set up of the instruments (which I have to submit within 10 Feb),
if the cause of same problems..

Thanks
Luigi Costamante

Dear Luigi,

there is no specific reasons why the data processing for your observations
should be delayed, and nothing apparently related to the instrumental setting.

Most likely, your data have been caught by an interruption which has been
affecting the pipeline processing at the Survey Science Center since the
beginning of the year.

We are inquiring with SSC. I will come back to you as soon as I get specific
information of the status of your data processing.

In the meanwhile, the ODF data are available in the XSA. You may consider to
download and SAS-process them yourself.

 Regards,

 Matteo
