Proposers at institutions in the United States may respond to this AO either as PIs or as Co-Investigators on foreign-PI proposals. Funding may be made available by NASA to accepted US investigators through a separate solicitation. Details regarding the deadline, content, and target funding level for cost proposals will be decided at a later time.
