Announcment of Opportunity

Effective 17 March, 2003, XMM-Newton observing proposals are solicited in response to the Third Announcement of Opportunity, AO-3.

Deadlines for Submission

The deadline for the XMM-Newton AO-3 was 30 April, 2003, 12:00 UT.

Proposal Submission Procedure

XMM-Newton Proposals were submitted using the XMM-Newton Remote Proposal Submission software.

Approved AO-3 observations are planned to be performed during the period November, 2003 to June, 2005 (approximate revolutions 730 to 975).
