XMM-Newton SAS Workshops

SAS Workshops

SAS Workshops are periodically organized by the XMM-Newton Science Operation Centre. They are held at the European Space Astronomy Centre (ESAC), Villafranca del Castillo, near Madrid in Spain.

The Workshop aims at providing XMM-Newton users with an introduction to the procedures and techniques to successfully reduce and analyse XMM-Newton data. They provide potential users of XMM-Newton data with a general introduction to X-ray data analysis and the SAS.

The 13th SAS Workshop will take place between 10th and 14th of June 2013.
